Cottonwood Hardwoods |

|
Cottonwood, also known as Carolina Poplar, is a medium-weight and moderately soft wood. It has a straight-grained, uniform texture. The sapwood is white and may contain brown streaks, while the heartwood may be pale to light brown. Cottonwood is a diffuse, porous wood and generally contains relatively few defects. It's a true poplar, and therefore has many characteristics similar to poplar. |
