| Roy William “Uncle Bill” Clinton, 56, of New Waverly, TX passed away Thursday, May 8, 2008. He was preceded in death by his father, Roy H. Clinton; mother, Frankie D.; brothers, Jimmy Edward and Jerry Wayne Clinton and nephew, Joshua Clinton. He leaves behind his beloved wife, Karen; brother, Wayne Clinton and wife, Linda; step-daughters, Michiele Conklin and Dayne Cox; niece, Kim Tracy; nephew, Daniel Clinton and wife, Pennie; nephew, Tommy Clinton and other great nieces and nephews.
Roy enjoyed his work as a plumber and outdoor activities. He especially looked forward to the annual Clinton Family Reunion and spending time with family and friends. Roy was a loving husband, father and friend with a kind heart and gentle soul. He will be greatly missed. Services will be held Monday, May 12, 2008 at 10:00am in the chapel of the Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home with interment following at Hill Cemetery.
