| | | Phyllis Paschelke, nee Kulesza, age 91, beloved wife of the late Chester; loving mother of Philip (Sheila), Fred (the late Patricia) and Shirley (the late John) Mika; fond grandmother of Ken (Jean) Paschelke, Karen (Curt) Thompson, Kathleen (Tony) Muglia, Jeffrey, Brian, Todd and Lisa Mika; great-grandmother of six; sister of Renetta Kostelnik, Sally Ejma and the late Monica Terrell, Mable Smentek, Chester Kulesza, Vilma Teichman, Olga Kulesza and Ralph Kulesza.
Family and friends will meet Monday, Nov. 2, 2009, 12:30 PM at Matz Funeral Home, 410 E. Rand Rd., Mount Prospect, and process to Ridgewood Cemetery for a 1 PM Chapel service.
