Frank Lacey, Jr. Frank Lacey, Jr., age 76, of the Town of Lockport, formerly of the Tonawandas, died unexpectedly, Sunday, November 23, 2008. Born in the Town of Pendleton, he was the son of the late Frank and Lena (nee Paddock) Lacey and was an Army Veteran of the Korean War. Mr. Lacey was employed at Spaulding Fibre in Tonawanda, before retiring. He was the husband of the late Patricia A. Lacey, who died in 2005. He is survived by his son, Mark (Katherine) Lacey of Lockport; two grandsons, Ryan Lacey and Jeffrey Wozniak; two great-grandchildren, Madison and Blake Wozniak; a step-son, Eric Rinehart of Wellsville; a step-daughter, Cindy (Paul) Kowalczyk of Niagara Falls; and five step-grandchildren, Michael, Sarah, Daryl, Rochelle, and Jesse. Also surviving are his former wife, Patricia (Lacey) Heider of North Tonawanda, a brother, several sisters, and many nieces and nephews. Friends may call from 4-6 PM on Wednesday only at the Hamp Funeral Home, Inc., Adam and Seymour Streets, Tonawanda, where services will be held at 6 PM Wednesday. If desired, memorials to the VA Medical Center, 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14215, are preferred by the family.
