Henry (Hank) G. Steinbaugh, age 56 of Grant St. Nevada, OH died Sat. Jan. 26, 2008 at 1:06 p.m. in the Ohio State University Hospital, Columbus, OH. He was born Feb. 7, 1951 in Upper Sandusky, OH to Allen L. Steinbaugh and Lola M. (Swartz) Steinbaugh, they and his step-father James Craig preceded him in death. He married Rebecca E. Bennett on Aug. 19, 1970 and they later divorced. He is survived by a daughter Mrs. Heath (Heather J.) McGrew, Upper Sandusky, OH, grandchildren Danny and Kelby McGrew. He has 4 brothers, Stanley Craig, Carrollton, OH, Paul David Craig, Leigh Acres, FL, David Ziegler, Spring Lake, MI, Bernie Steinbaugh, Waterville, OH, 6 sisters Mrs. Edward (Linda) Welker, Upper Sandusky, OH, Mrs. Randall (Bonnie) Snowden, Upper Sandusky, OH, Mrs. Donald (Donna) Auck, Bucyrus, OH, Mrs. John (Modest) Dickerson, Nevada, OH, Mrs. Roy (Rose) Earls, Livingston, KY, Mrs. Bob (Jean Ann) Kreisel, Gahanna, OH, he is preceded in death by brothers Allen (Albie) Steinbaugh and Larry Steinbaugh.
He was an United States Army Veteran serving during Vietnam War and was the recipient of 3 bronze stars.
He had been employed for the past 12 years at Mid America Lining Co., Union City, TN.
He enjoyed fishing, Nascar and Dirt Truck Racing, bajaing in the CA deserts and listening to Pop Music.
Graveside services will be held Sat. Feb. 2, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. in the St. Peter Catholic Cemetery with Pastor Julianne Smith officiating.
Visitation will be held Fri. Feb. 1, 2008 from 4-7 p.m. in the Bringman Clark Funeral Home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Fish Stocking Fund at Upper Sandusky Park and The Reservior or Deer Feeding Fund at Fairhaven North Campus. Military Graveside services will be conducted by local veteran organizations.
